1600T forging hydraulic press  mainly used in metal materials of free forging process, such as: upsetting, punching, horse bar reamer, wrong move, coarse turn, cutting, bending, drawing out, etc. Can add special used for ring blank system hole's device, punching device.
Hydraulic system has multiple overload protection, oil temperature alarm, oil level alarm protection automatic protection device, electrical system USES mature PLC control, to ensure the safety of the equipment and the operator. Work under pressure cylinder are made big flow charging valve and drop tank at the same time for liquid, will be able to realize the rapid filling oil, oil compensating, improve the oil return, effectively save forging auxiliary time, improve the efficiency of forging. Equipment installation have reliable cooling circulatory system, and can steadily control temperature rise to ensure that the system is safe and reliable operation.
